Fortune 100 and 500 companies, including Nationwide Insurance, Abbott Laboratories, NetJets, Delta Airlines, McGraw-Hill, Adena Health, and 

National Church Residences. His extensive HR background has established him as a trusted thought leader, particularly in talent acquisition, 

human resources, and management. Ron’s career is distinguished by a proven track record of innovation, strategy development, and execution 

across diverse industries. He excels at building credibility with business leaders in shared services environments and is recognized for his effective communication skills across all organizational levels. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a master’s 

degree in Human Resources Management. Ron is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ron is deeply committed 

to his community. His involvement includes roles with the United Way of Central Ohio, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, the Columbus Urban League, Franklin University, and Lee Hecht Harrison. He is a past president of the Board of Directors at Focus Learning Academy and has served 

as vice president of the Board of Directors at City Prep Academy. Ron also provides executive job coaching and facilitates career 

workshops throughout Central Ohio.
